PBIX is a mineral explorer with a diversified portfolio of highly prospective projects located throughout New South Wales. This portfolio provides exposure to a broad range of commodities including copper gold, lead, zinc, silver, tungsten and molybdenum.
PBIX’s flagship project is in the highly prospective Cobar Basin in NSW, where it maintains one of the largest exploration portfolios in the district with approximately 1,900km2 of granted tenure. PBIX has been exploring in the Cobar Basin since 2018 and has uncovered several large mineralised systems containing multiple discoveries of high-grade Cobar-style precious and base metal mineralisation.

Appointed CEO in 2022, Winnie has led the company through one of its most transformative phases, drawing on more than a decade of executive experience. With a leadership style grounded in empowerment, cultural alignment, and strategic clarity, she enabled the team to deliver a major high-grade gold discovery in 2024, underpinned by confirmed geological continuity.
Winnie also leads the PBIA Group’s real estate division, overseeing a portfolio exceeding A$1 billion across mining and property. Her cross-sector expertise underpins long-term value creation across both arms of the business.
Guy Robertson

Mr. Robertson has over 30 years of experience as CFO, Company Secretary, and Director for public and private companies in Australia and Hong Kong. His past roles include CFO/GM Finance at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Colliers International, and Franklins Limited. With over 10 years in ASX-listed mineral exploration companies, he is currently a director of Hastings Technology Metals, GreenTech Metals, Artemis Resources, and Alien Metals.
Glen Little

With more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, Glen is an accomplished exploration leader and copper-gold specialist with extensive experience across Australia and internationally. He has held senior roles with Fortescue, Geopacific Resources, Minotaur Exploration, and Kagara, leading multidisciplinary teams and advancing projects from grassroots exploration to resource definition. Glen is best known for leading the discovery of the Jericho Copper-Gold Deposit in Queensland. His expertise spans IOCG, sediment-hosted base metal, porphyry, and epithermal mineral systems, supported by strong commercial experience in project generation, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Jack Brearley

Jack has over 10 years of experience in both exploration and engineering geology. Previously having worked on major infrastructure projects across Sydney. Jack has spent the past 5 years managing geological operations for PBIX throughout the New England Fold Belt and Cobar Basin and has been responsible for the identification and exploration of PBIX's flagship projects at Cobar. Jack’s work on the Cobar Project has directly resulted in the discovery of the high-grade Mt McKellar gold deposit in 2024
